- Make sure you have a good haircut.
- Thoroughly wash hair. DO NOT put hair product in it.
- Dry hair completely, or towel dry.
- Thoroughly brush and comb hair making sure there are no tangles.
- Let the InStyler heat to desired setting before use. The LED light will be steady, not flashing.
- Put hair into 2-3" sections. Sections should not be larger than the cylinder.
- Use the InStyler on back layers of hair first, then on front layers.
